Video Analytics
Video Analytics is used to describe computerized processing and analysis of video streams captured by surveillance systems. Video Analytics applications can perform a variety of tasks ranging from real-time analysis of video for immediate detection of events of interest, to analysis of pre-recorded video for the purpose of extracting events and data from the recorded video.
Relying on Video Analytics to automatically monitor cameras and alert for events of interest is in many cases much more effective than reliance on a human operator, which is a costly resource with limited alertness and attention.
Object Classification
The Object Classification is a tool to differentiate between objects of interest (persons, vehicles, animals) from other scene movements. The 3D video analytics detects as well size and dimension as well as the speed of the objects.
People Counting
This is a tool for collecting statistics on customer behavior. The filter indicates how many people are at what time in any place. It counts the customer flow without the need of human intervention.
Vehicle Counting
The filter for vehicle counting is ideal for business and security applications and collects statistics about the traffic flow.
People Tracking
This filter is used to detect and track several objects. It differs between objects, even if they are overlaid. It provides an advanced object tracking by using color analysis. The filter is ideal for busy scenes and applications
Abandoned Object Detection
This filter detects the abandoning of an object in a pre-defined zone such as a bag or suitcase left on the street.
Dwell Filter
This is a filter for the detection of objects whose speed is either slowed or increased. Objects to dwell over a longer period than specified within a zone, trigger an alarm (e.g. tunnel monitoring, traffic control system).
